Omnia™

Omnia™ is a functional training system which optimises strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and speed. It is designed specifically for small group personal training for 10 people, to provide the same individual attention as one-one-one training but also the community dynamic of training in a group setting

Boxmaster™

Boxmaster™ is a new form of boxing-style conditioning suitable for all fitness levels. This 30 minute, sweat dripping workout, utilises all of our Functional Fitness tools and BoxMaster. This class is designed to get you the cardio workout you need and leave your muscles burning.

Walking football

Walking football is a variant of association football that is aimed at keeping people aged over 50 involved with football if, due to a lack of mobility or for other reason, they are not able to play the traditional game. Many of the participants have been  inactive or have long term health problems or disabilities. The people that already take part have seen improved movement/mobility and activity.  All this and then a free cup of tea and chat afterwards.

Classes are for people aged 50+ and focus on a range of exercises designed to improve strength & balance and therefore contribute to falls prevention. The programme involves seated and standing exercises for joint mobility and lower limb strength, to improve overall balance and walking ability.

Kettlebells

Kettlebells are one of the most effective strength building and fat burning tools out there. Used with proper form, kettlebell training has the ability to transform your body in an intense and functional manner that will have you sweating, and asking for more!

Legs, Bums and Tums

The class is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels

This indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. The class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning and aerobic interval training, with brief, high intensity bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold.

Spintone - our spintone class is designed to give you the best of both worlds, featuring both spinning weights and core training. The first half of the class will be an endurance ride focused on drills, climbs and sprints then transitioning into total body muscle toning exercises off the bike.

Turn’d Up Fitness

Turn’d Up Fitness is an R’n’B and Dancehall-inspired program, it uses an exciting approach and innovative concepts by mixing dance and fitness to create a unique, fun and energetic workout. It’s become more than just a fitness class. It’s about teaching women that it’s OK to have curves and to feel powerful and confident about their bodies.

Cardio HITT is a 45 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
