Turn’d Up Fitness is an R’n’B and Dancehall-inspired program, it uses an exciting approach and innovative concepts by mixing dance and fitness to create a unique, fun and energetic workout. It’s become more than just a fitness class. It’s about teaching women that it’s OK to have curves and to feel powerful and confident about their bodies.
PowerMax
If you want the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training this is it. Step into a PowerMax class and you'll tick off a complete workout in 45 minutes. The challenging mix of functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level. PowerMax has a wide variety of options accommodating all fitness levels ensuring everyone leaves the workout feeling successful.
Spin
This indoor cycling class is designed for all fitness levels. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. The class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning and aerobic interval training, with brief, high intensity bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold.
Walking football
Walking football is a variant of association football that is aimed at keeping people aged over 50 involved with football if, due to a lack of mobility or for other reason, they are not able to play the traditional game. Many of the participants have been inactive or have long term health problems or disabilities. The people that already take part have seen improved movement/mobility and activity. All this and then a free cup of tea and chat afterwards.
Strength and balance
Classes are for people aged 50+ and focus on a range of exercises designed to improve strength & balance and therefore contribute to falls prevention. The programme involves seated and standing exercises for joint mobility and lower limb strength, to improve overall balance and walking ability.
Spintone
Spintone - our spintone class is designed to give you the best of both worlds, featuring both spinning weights and core training. The first half of the class will be an endurance ride focused on drills, climbs and sprints then transitioning into total body muscle toning exercises off the bike.
Omnia™
Omnia™ is a functional training system which optimises strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination and speed. It is designed specifically for small group personal training for 10 people, to provide the same individual attention as one-one-one training but also the community dynamic of training in a group setting
